She couldn't get over all her presents! She had so much fun opening them all! haha

And I must say, the Raccoon? VERY CUTE....probably one of the cutest ones I have......The Husky Dog is okay---he's cute, but not as cute as the Raccoon! Gonna go add my codes!

Okay, they spoke to me and it's Rascal the Raccoon, and Hannah the Husky! lol

I got another wishing well and plane as my gifts, and I picked the Fantasy Coach Bed for my new Superbed!

Cool, Loz. I'm glad that Athena enjoyed all of her goodies. And I agree that the raccoon is cute and the husky is lacking something to make it cute. Wishing wells and airplanes are all fun items.

I have been reporting Ally's problems by clicking on contact us and leaving a comment. Should I be posting it somewhere else because things aren't improving. I'd like to be able to rename her garden - this has been like this since Christmas.

When you go to the main Webkinz page before you log in, you'll see a customer support button under the login/new member buttons. Click that and then go from there! thumbup

Rachel, I'll make sure Athena checks her Webkinz again before she leaves! kissie

She WAS up to 10,000 KC, then decided she wanted a large room that was to be a diner.....so she's back down to 3,000 KC. Her room is very cool though. Booths and tables and a big long counter and stuff.

Yes on the main page, customer support. You need to click on specific problems there and leave your email. It can take up to two weeks or something.

wavy here for a bit... i have a question. if i won an exclusive on the wishing well (i did grin) what does the wishing well exclusive do? or is it just a decoration? and can i put it in the garden? right now it is in a room. i really couldn't make up my mind, i wish i had gotten the grand father clock but i had to choose and then leave to go dress shopping. then i had to explain the whole webkinz thing to the girls. that was a trick!

Some exclusives do things. Some are ride ons. The clocks tell the time (kinztime). But some are just decor, like the geode. The wishing well will tell you a fortune if you walk up to it. So which one did you choose?

What I'm supposed to do according to Customer Support is what I've been doing. Contact them from the newspaper.

It's mean to say but I wish Ally had never adopted this pet. I found playing the games and doing the dailies a stress reliever too until this account opened.

Sheri, if you go back to that Customer Sevice page and click on comments and suggestions you can then click on--Our Question does not appear here.

Then you'll fill out a ticket and let them know what's wrong! Hope that helped!

I didn't know you'd done that, I thought you'd just meant that you'd sent them a comment when you were actually logged into webkinz.

I sure hope they get back to you soon! Maybe they don't know exactly how to fix it themselves. I hope they do though!

Jiffy, I quit going to the academy a while ago. I did the first three things (painting, running and weight lifting) through the first 3 or 4 levels and then realized how much it was costing. I'm not so interested in doing the pet motion things. I never did do any of the tutoring that was available. When I realized how many 50 kc classes you had to take to accomplish all of that, I dropped out of school. My pets are drop outs.

It costs more than I am willing to pay to put my real kids through school. The price per class per day was astronomical. And just not enough return for it.

Yep, plus I got bored of it after a while. I like the painting one best but it's pretty random really.

I just racked up almost $1,000 KC playing Quizzy's while watching TV. And another $250 playing Quizzys Word Challenge......I'm officially on a money saving kick.

Racking up more! $250 fo my job as Mrs. Birdys Assistant! I love that, and I type super fast so it's really easy for me to do.

Also just found a fairy door and got 2 foods, 100KC, and a star charm.

In the forest charms I have all of them on that one part but the one between the star and Saturn, which one is there? And you get a prize when you get them all on each part?

Tina, her pet still eats more than the others put together. She's just been sent enough food lately and I've been at it constantly. Also, things that you guys have said you sent haven't gotten to her. I sent some games that never arrived. I planted her a garden and want to rename it but can't do that either. It's hard to stay logged into her account too. We constantly get kicked out even when the other accounts are running ok. There's just something wrong with that whole account and I wish we could start from scratch with it. I can't figure out why 1 account on a website would be messed up. It seems the glitch would be in each account but Colby bought a game room today and was able to rename it.

You need to send an email to support@webkinz.com. I had problems with a new acct I set up and they ended up reseting the pets adoption code and cancelling out the entire acct. I was able to re-adopt the pet in another acct and start over with it. Once you email them they will send you another email with a phone number and extension to call.

Very nice, Loz. (And Athena). I have never taken the time to put all of my pets in the same room. Seemed like a lot of work to me when you could only activate one at a time. But it sure looks good for a screen shot.

February's POTM is the cow. March's POTM is the lil kinz pig. If you try to register the cow this month, you would get a warning that it is a future POTM and ask you if you want to continue. I don't know if it would with the lil pig.

Loz, you asked a Q about the charms a while back and I forgot to answer. When you get all of the virtual charms in the first set, you get to unlock the gift box in the middle. You get $50 there. In the second virtual set you unlock $100, third is $250 and fourth is $500. 5 through 8 are charm forest wall paper, flooring, fairy topiary and a table with two chairs set. When you unlock all of them you get a fairy tiara. (My personal opinion on the tiara is that it is not very pretty)

i found one of the virtual charms today. that was nice. the stores here have been sold out of them. the card shop in the mall said they can't even order them right now.

I just barely found out March's POTM. We are lucky to know more than 2 weeks ahead. Supposedly, if a pet you are trying to register is going to be POTM soon, they warn you before you adopt. But I don't know how far in advance that goes. What type of pets are they?

The charms were made in China and I think there may be lead concerns. Ganz didn't recall them though, so I'm not too sure. I have a mess of them and I don't want to give them to any little kids.

I just don't know, Jiffy. So far they have had the frog (Oct.), The black bear (Nov.), The chihuahua (Dec.) and the lil kinz golden retriever (Jan.). We know Feb. is the cow and March is the lil kinz pig. Easter falls in March this year, I think. I just can't guess which pet will be for April.

I have 20 on my main account. Three at Farmer Frog's place (tedkinz1). And 5 on my POTM account (with 3 more pending). Jonni has 2 on her account. I have a card for a free monkey set aside.

The new card series 2 has different pets including retireds. And they weren't supposed to double up any of your virtual cards until you unlocked all of the prizes but they are beginning to double. So people are saying to hold off entering those codes until that is fixed.

ok, so larry is registered. i got a zebra dog (his favorite food, i'm guessing, since it is leo's), a throne (also just like leo), and a rainy day window. i think i'm going to do his room in baseball. i'll put his throne in the jungle in uncle's room

Cool, I love the rainy day window. Yes, the things for regular webkinz and the lil kinz are the same. The clothes fit both sizes of pet. The lil kinz are just cute running around your rooms.

It was fun to make Sheri!

Jiffy I have the big and lil Lion, the Lil Kinz Lion is adorable.

I'm up to FIFTEEN Webkinz in my main account and four in my other account. Yep, I blame Cindy surely. What started as one ended up with me buying my second one within a week. Then the 3rd the following week, and so on and so forth. Addictive little things they are.

I need to go thru my rooms and organize them, I was walking thru some today and had things I'd totally forgot I even had. lol

Which reminds me, I never got all of Athenas pets back to bed! Yikes!

Good going on the second crown. I'm one rock away from a second. On my other accounts, I sell all. Well, unless he offers me $2 or something. That always annoys me and I keep it.

I wish the tournament arena would work already. I've been playing games again a lot lately and I just hate not getting the extra cash for placing.

Sorry about not warning you about the coupon, Loz. I feel I have to be diligent clock watching because I am doing Jiffy's and Scott's during the day too. Now I get to take a little nap though. That is good. If I sleep through the quizzy's blast, I will send them a consolation gift.

No wonder everyone is doing so much better than I. They have an expert doing the work teach My webkinz are dealing with someone without many brain cells prayers

Sorry, Loz. I dropped out to go bed down my real life foster dogs. I do that at some point every night. The weather is supposed to be nice tomorrow before our next big wind event so I will take them out into the fields for a run. I am here now and could meet you.

I hope Fuzz enjoyed his time in the Clubhouse.

When I came back in here to see if you'd posted and saw that the GR was you I felt really stupid! haha

I enjoy a trip into the Clubhouse now and then just to see all the other pets and play some games.

I've never played Parcheesi before, but I agree---they could do with a few more games in there. I really like the Bathtub one that's like Battleship. But it can get boring after a while.

I don't think the Virtual Raccoon is anywhere near as cute as the plush one....it's like the Koalas....I don't mind the plush, but the virtual one creeps me out! nervous

I see there will be a new Cheeky Dog.....I might have to pick that one up when it comes out.

I can't tell you how many times I've had a frog in my hand and then put it back.....The frogs and the Koala are probably the only 2 types of animals I don't really like too much.

I hear rumors of a Giraffe...that would be cool....And the butterfly for sure. Even the Schnauzzer9(sp) is cute....
