Junie,
I keep all my addresses on index cards in a box meant for coupons or what not- in alphabetical order - I do family in one box- business in another and online friends and family in another- all different colors so I know which is which... I don't always update them as often as I should but do at least once a yr or when I know someone has moved or changed numbers- or email addys... or adds a family member- try to put birthdays on the cards too.

I received Kenny and TK card today.

Kenny what a beautiful snowman. I think leaving Canada if fast getting mail into Canada seems to takes weeks. I do not understand Canada mail system.

I love getting something else in the mail besides bills. LOL!!!

I got half of mine in the mail today the other half will go tomorrow.

I keep all my address in Word on the computer also. If I trade with someone I put down what they sent and dates. Especially if it is a plant so when it blooms I can post where/who it came from.

My addresses are in a green notebook. I should transfer them all into the computer but, the computer is so old I'm afraid it'll die and I'll loose everything.

TK that is my problem--my Computer is not so old--but age has nothing to do with it. It would be possible to lose things on any computer, right?/ so while my addresses are on the computr, are NOT there exclusively.

I still like Jiffy's idea of putting a persons address on the back of their card................. thumbup

Your welcome bestofour. Your right Junegirl that is a fantastic idea. If I can remember it for next year I'll definitely do it. Then all I have to do is remember to find the card if they move and cover over the address so I know not to use it.

TK, I had a computer crash last year. Feeling very competent, I thought "No Problem" I backed everything up on CDs. I could not find the CDs. haha Now I have back up CDs, I printed a address book in triplicate.

Now lets see if I can find a copy when I need it. bow I am going to concur this lost info one way or another.

I have ALWAYS thought that a place of employement should just send a person a complete check irregardless as to if they show up at work or not !!! haha

I got a card & letter from Cinta in today's mail---It was very nice "getting to know you", Cinta. It made me wish I had of thought to do that,.

Thanks-- kissie

Yes what is wrong with those stupid employers. They want people to work for their stupid paycheck.

I would have like to handwrite everyone a letter we just have gotten away from the personal handwritten messages. But my hands just cannot do it. Another work problem they have taken my hand functions, my back has gone to the grave and they are working on my mind. tapfoot

you are right about the handwritten messages, Cinta.

know what the firt thing I thought of was ?? -- We could handwrite ONE message & copy the rest off of that---(& Just how is that any different you might wonder--well I do not know---) besides,----I am not responsible for what my mind thinks, --am I???? neenee bow haha

But, again, the note was very nice. I enjoyed it.
