Just thought I'd start this topic again, love to hear what all is happening weather wise in your part of the world. Would love to hear especially from our overseas friends.
We're getting snow here today, it's cold and it feels good to be inside.

Cold and damp today with rain in the forcast for tonight. Expecting roads to be bad in the morning. In New England we say if you don't like the weather wait a minute
I am strong when I am on your shoulders, you raised me up to be more than I can be.
Rain and cold weather ...............that's bad hope you're all very very careful.
Ladyslipper I thought that only happens up here, one minute it's freezing and then one of those chinooks pulls in and warms it all up. People love this weather but the trees need to stay cold for the winter.

We're getting snow again this morning too, just a sprinkle fell the other day, so we're hoping for at least a ground cover. Seriously Tamara I'd love your type of snow, guess I could say I do love winter.
Jiffy, are you living on another planet or something 80 degrees at this time of year for some of us is questionable.......but interesting to say the least.

Yesterday was cold and rainy. It poured yesterday evening. Today it's sunny but still too cold for me. At least the sun was out and melted the frost on my car so I did't have to scrape my windows this morning.
It's 2*C or 35*F for our US friends, we got 6 inches of snow yesterday. It's so beautiful this morning, sun is shining and NO WIND. That's something for us you know. If we get wind all the snow is gone within minutes. So I'm hoping it stays cold, cause then we won't get wind.

Well it finally did rain today as I was coming out of the grocery store Then in 10 min. it changed to snow which better to lug the groceries in then back to rain and started to clear off before evening set in. Aound 37degrees so it was a gloomy day.

it has rained off and on today here, hovering between low 50's at night and mid 60's in the day time, but we are supposed to be near 80 again on sunday
It's supposed to be cold here today -20* C this morning, expecting it to stay cold for a few more days. We have about 4 inches of snow on the ground, it looks beautiful.

It is cold here today! Was 4* when I got up this morning and is a whole 9* right now. It is supposed to get up to 24 today but I will believe it when I see it...or feel it I should say. It will be like this all weekend and it looks like it will stay this way. It is supposed to snow Saturday and Sunday with a break on Monday and snow again on Tuesday. We got a bit of snow last night but just enough to cover the ground.
I just looked at the forecast and they are saying 8 inches for tomorrow! It will probably go further north though and we won't get quite so much! I guess we will find out tomorrow! I will take pics!
I want 8 inches of snow! How exciting. They have forcasted snow here for the past week and a half. Everytime we get up to the day it is supposed to start, they move it back a couple more days. We were supposed to get a couple of inches Sunday-Monday. Now they are saying only a chance around Tuesday-Wednesday.

I really like the snow at first but after a month of it I get really tired of it!! It is so pretty at first though. But after a while it gets dirty and icky looking until we get more fresh snow.
That sounds good! Brennan wanted snowballs so bad 1 year I made a bunch of them and kept them in the freezer for him. He got so upset because it had barely snowed and then it was starting to rain and we knew it was going to melt. Snow doesn't last long in southern Ky. So, to pacify him I made the snowballs and kept them for him to play with later!
