I was just given a lovely book by my friend Jane who is surving with Stage IV ovarian cancer. She got it from a hospital chaplain down in Boston and enjoyed it very much and thought I might like it also. I do.

It is a year's worth of inspirations from various faith traditions and perspectives. The title is Prayers for Healing (365 Blessings, Poems and Meditations from Around The World) by Maggie Oman.

So now I'm wondering what y'all like for inspirational books?

We were given two hands to hold, two eyes to see, two ears to listen & two legs to walk. But why were we given only one heart?
The other heart was given to another for us to find.
