I guess I will open a new one, being the queen and all. lol
In case you missed it the Halloween theme furniture is in the w-shop in the new items section.
Webkinz academy is open for business. I failed at my first attempt at weight lifting (never did figure it out) and art. But I did good in speed. Hint, go to the tryouts first to figure stuff out. Their clues are next to useless. And you have to pay for each class. 3 tryouts are free before you have to pay. I was fumbling around in there.

I did all 3---painting, weightlifting, and running.

On my first account I only passed painting. lol

The weightlifting---you click when it's at the top in the little pod section, then click again and hold it when it's in the bottom, keep repeating. When it was getting to the bottom I was letting go after clicking and it was falling--I aced all 3 on my second account.

FUN! I love it!

Oh and I bought all of the halloween stuff, it's what I've been saving for right? lol Holiday stuff. thumbup It's pretty neat. I sent Athena most of the stuff too from 3 different accounts....She loved it, especially the globe with the jokes in it....She kept telling them to Dad. lol

Tina I bet you buy extras huh? Especially since it's only until the end of October then retires. I guess down the road they may make good trades. why

It happened again. As I was checking out, we got booted and I lost 1 item, the KC and the coupon I had put on it. The new theme is cool. Brennan loved it. He had the cauldron bathtub from adopted the black cat and put it in his room with the rest of it. I still have to get some of his stuff from Mommy's acct to his. I wish you could send more than 1 gift per day to an acct.

Hey Tina, thanks. The Webkinz fairy always knows what the kids (and adults lol) want!

So sorry Rachel. I got booted during a purchase today also but I didn't loose anything out of it. I think it gave me my item and didn't take the KC out of my account.
I did buy extras, Loz. Mostly for sending around. I got into a frenzy of mailing and I've totally forgotten what I sent to anyone.
What floors and walls are people using for this theme?

I got your gifts Tina, thank you! kissie

I used the purple paint and wood floor....Athena used the purple space themed paint and wood floor. They could've made a really cool wallpaper with this theme......too bad they didn't.

They do have an orange stripe wallpaper that is for the theme but it doesn't appear to be out. Maybe later. I don't like it too much. And most of the rooms I've seen are wood floors. I used the wizard theme floor. I like the way it goes with the windows. The new rooms I bought (2) had the grey walls and I like those for the background right now. The gray walls and wizard floors go well with the windows.

Athena got the black cat today while we were out! She loves it because she has the COOLEST witch costume for Halloween and we wanted to find her a black cat to carry. She's naming it Fuzzy. lol

I almost bought the cow but I backed off. lol

Are the clothes available in your area, Loz? I have a black cat. They are very nice except it is hard to see their features. The witch's tub is a cool PSI, too.

Nope the clothes aren't available here.....I've asked around and my area is just behind the times when it comes to charms and extras like clothes.

The black cat was awful cute.....it was the only one she had so it was meant for Athena.

I have no intention of getting the clothes or school stuff. I'm also not interested in the lip glosses or spritzes.

Lip gloss and spritz give you a glamor bag. the glam bags allow you to choose something from the salon theme, like a check in counter or hair dryer chair and things.
The school things give you a free book but those are the same ones available in the W-shop.
The clothing will give you the things on the front page of the newspaper right now. They open the boutique for better clothes that you still have to pay for.
None of these interest me.
I got a 40%, 50%, 10%.

are they going to have costumes do you think? wouldn't that be cool? i hung spider webs in most of the rooms, bought a bunch of those pumpkin side tables cuz they glow so menacingly and got one of those globe joke things for fun oh and a spider dining table. that was about all that i was interested in.

They have had costumes in previous years. Keep watching for them. i think it is funny having pets dressed up like other animals. If they don't bring back or put out new costumes, there are going to be hundreds of disappointed kids out there.

I think we've got about everything in the new theme except the organ, fridge and oven. I was surprised Brennan didn't get the fridge. You know how he likes every room to have one in it. He says they shouldn't have to walk all the way across the house to get food. He cracks me up. Still can't figure out what wall and floor to use. I've tried a couple of combinations and nothing looks good. I probably should have gotten the egyptian tv today. But that seemed like so much money. I'd have to play a lot of Home Before Dark to make that much.

No, Rachel. It was not I! Be careful and note how much you have. People had their accounts closed for getting and spending money that was in their accounts by accident. I have not gone in since pushing the big button of KC a week or so ago. And I tell you about stuff I do, here.

I'm going to change Brennan's password. I'll PM it to you when I do Tina. It must have been his dad. There is just a few hundred more KC than there was and some of our stuff is gone. I don't remember exactly how much KC we had, just round about. I do know there was 136 items in his dock. There is 120 now. And Whiskers was starving when I logged in. If he doesn't have enough time for Brennan he doesn't need to concern himself with Brennan's Webkinz.

Has anyone else gotten a free costume from the Bee Movie ad?
[Linked Image]
Or free honey?
When you log on the newspaper page has an ad for the Bee Movie. Not that one. But sometimes when you go to the activities page there is an ad with a white background. If it says "Bee like Barry" you click on it for a free costume. If it says "watch your honey" you click on it for free honey. I think the costume is adorable.
People are going back and forth from the newspaper to the activities page to get a bunch of costumes. It takes a lot of time until the right ad shows up. Too much work for me.

You are very welcome. I got about 50 of them last night. All 20 of my pets are dressed for success. The shoes are coming but I have to wait to send them. The 3 item rule sucks sometimes.
Did everyone do the big button of KC yet this hour?

Well, between 12am -2am kinz time last night the ad was on the front page a lot. So I kept clicking on it every time I went in and scooping up costumes. I can send off more, Patunia for your grands. You will need to accept Tedkinz1 and Tedkinz11.
