Anyone out there that can give me some basic instructions on the proper way to care for an indoor bird of paradise plant? I just bought it the other day. It is not at blooming age but is about 5 feet tall or so. Basic instructions on watering, fertilizing, and also I read something about maybe having to mist the leaves in the winter since I am in PA and they like humidity? Any info will help.

Thanks
