Everyone's flowers are sooo pretty - clap
I just :ding:love:ding: seeing all of these beautiful summer flowers.
We're still reaching 90° here, but I'm already starting to worry
about the end of the season . . nervous . . and the coming cold weather.

But for now, there's still lots of color in my yard.

Nuttin' fancy grin it's a Kodak EasyShare -
I find that if I want to bring out the best color,
I have to get out and snap my pix before about 9am,
after that, the sunlight is so bright here
that it just seems to wash everything out.

That one is so popular..
I am hunting one with a great zoom......But it is $399......but I think it sounds like my Ideal......Hope my man agrees........LOL (Next to him) lol

I am always trying for bird photos and my camera wont do it well.

My nephews easy Share is letting in light on his photos and I am feeling bad for him.. When he snaps it, a white spot appears on them.

Yep, I think going for a digital with a great zoom
and a powerful macro setting will be my choice next time. thumbup

This is the first camera I've ever owned,
so I wanted to start off with something simple
enough for a blush techno-toad like me. lol

If my camera started to leak light,
I think I'd give Kodak a piece of my mind tapfoot
rolz not that I have much to spare.

The camera I am looking into is the Fine Pix S8000 ; 18x WIde Angle Optical zoom.

Now how do I know if the Macro is powerful? My cheapo has a flower macro.
Look mine up and give me your opinion ......

Like I say, I'm not very techno-savy,
but I know that I've read some very good things about
the Fuji FinePix cameras - so I'd say you're looking at a winner! grin

I bought this one about 3 years ago, I admired one of the seed folks work. That is what she used.. Then I found a place in N.Y. that sold the cradle charger, and it is a very cool arrangement........No battery problems... It did drain them fast with regular batteries.

I have to find out now if I can find a charger like that.. It sounds powerful.
s8000.

I am forever chasin things in the sky this summer....Can't see my shots.

I have a sony Cyber shot DSC-P41 with smart zoom.I'm ready to upgrade now. This one will take video, but wish the video would zoom....and take night videos.I've purchsed 2 different rechargeables.the better one is a kodak digitial battery& can get it too last 2 months if don't do alot of video clips. The others are just plain recharbles Ni Mh 1600.

I got spider lillies popping up.I love them cause get thier foliage all winter and when foliage is up then my alstromerias foliage will re appear for winter too.

My purple moonflowers are blooming too.they returned from roots, the seeds I planted in another spot did not sprout& being only got like 5 seeds last year off plant?I think I'll have more than that this year,so will have a better chance of covering that fence& maybe it will return from root there too!I'm going to get on ladder for for a more upper shot& its breezy today with Humburtio in the area (He could have gave some rain...........)

And then had a pair of blooms open on daydreams/monika.( The other will open this month....just not this week, but next week....I know we need DVR need live TV with fast forward& I go through this with like 24 plus plants...no wonder I need alchoal!)

Love your Cats wiskers& Brazilian Plume.
Mine takes good pictures earlier in day and later in day durring sunset& when keep sun at back of me when shooting.Yet due to the security light over GH...My flash won't work unless block it by tree, but then picture still lighted wrong.I sometimes have it so humid outside that I CAN't take a picture cause it will look fogged up.
I backed up a page and read.

It will spread. I started out with just a litte. I have never brought any inside. I guess I could try it.

If I knew it was possible to get seeds I'd send you some. Wonder if I could pull you up a piece and get it to you alive. Does anyone know?

Lovely indeed......Your doing a great job.
Does the Obedient plant come in white? If it does, I think I have one. Is it a perennial?

I love the Penta.......Never seen it before.

The penta is an annual here and comes in pink, red, white, lavendar, and maybe a few other colors. Butterflies LOVE pentas - it's the reason I grow some each year!

The obedient plant does come in white, and is a perennial here.
