Hello from New Zealand. I am very pleased to have found your site. Could someone PLEASE tell me what would be completely devouring the leaves off my rhubarb? Many thanks, Janey.
Hi Janey, welcome!!! What part of NZ do you hail from?? Used to live in Auckland, Morrinsville & the Wellington area myself, mostly Auckland though. Have you spotted the white cabbage butterfly flittering about, it could be its caterpillars chomping on your rhubarb leaves. It would have to be something that is able to tolerate the poison (oxalic acid, I think) in them. Some one far more knowledgeable will probably be able to help you. Hope so.

We were given two hands to hold, two eyes to see, two ears to listen & two legs to walk. But why were we given only one heart? The other heart was given to another for us to find.
Welcome Janey!! You will find lots of gardening and houseplant help on here; lots of fun places in Banter Hall and Gardeners Chat!!! There's many talented people in various crafts, here; and of course we invite you to come chat with us in the Coffeehouse!!! Because of workers, retirees etc. we seem to have a morning group of people, a daytime group, and evening group. Once in awhile on Friday and Saturday nights we even get to partying in the Coffeehouse!! So search the forum, find things of interest to you, and please, talk to us so we can get to know one another! Shirls
