I need a source for cat nip. I can find catmint and cat grass without effort and my cat won't touch either of those plants. I bought some catnip plants a few years ago and Tiger ate them within 3 days. I've never been able to find any more of them though...

Most pet stores, especially the chains, have catnip starter. You can also google 'pet supplies' and find litterally a ton of catalogs. Try www.upco.com #74789 is their catnip plus $3.30 ea. 12 @ $3.05 cat

I bought catnip seeds at my local hardware store last spring. It is relatively easy to grow. I started it with my other herbs last spring and grew it all summer. I "rationed" my cats, and only gave them some clippings a bit at the time because they truly get a little too drunk and rowdy! They really are hilarious to watch!
Look for seeds whereever you find other herb seeds. Even try the WalMart- here they have a pretty good selection!
