Please tell me how to bind off. My pattern says bind off but doesn't give directions on how to bind off.

Oh dear, Sheri,you need Lynne here. I know that binding off is having one loop go over the next, then the next and so on until the end. But I don't remember HOW it's done.

Hi there! Just found this thread, as I was about to post in my knitting thread. Tina has it correct, but it's easier to see online, I think - that is how I learned when I started knitting again a few years ago. Go HERE and scroll down to the bottom where it says "binding off" - there are great instructions with illustrations!
