I can't remember EXACTLY what these were I planted last fall - some type of iris I am guessing, but they didn't bloom at all. Are they maybe planted too closely? Bottom right corner.

I don't think they are too close. Sometimes irises take a couple of years to bloom. They look nice and healthy, so you'll probably get blooms next year. Planting them too deep can also prevent blooming. They should only be planted just barely enough to cover the rhizome. BTW, that's a very nice garden bed you have.
