Those dishclothes that Triss made look cool. Somehow I can never get my edges straight like hers are. My edges "wobble." Looks like everyone is getting some pretty cool packages.

By the way, I was so annoyed to discover that I'm out of photos! I'm going to have to put the walmart one-hour to good use, just so I can use some of the stuff I got!! lol

Jessica, to say that I am up-to-date with my photos is a far cry from merely being out of them. I believe my scrapbooks are up to May of 2006, so I'm just over a year behind. I always order my photos in "batches" (dig. camera) because sometimes the girls get into them and slobber, fingerprint, or get food/dirt smudged all over them. This way, they can only ruin a small batch at a time. lol

Who's getting their package today? I'm ready for them to get it and post pics, just as soon as they are ready!!

I looked at a pattern for the pot scrubbers that somebody posted here somewhere but I'm not good at reading those patterns. I wanted to make some but I will have to see if I can figure it out!

Is the pot scrubber made with two sides put to gether, only, or is it filled with anything thing...like a plastic or polyester scrubber (whatever those are made out of!)?

It looks to me like this one is two sides put together. There is nothing in the middle. There is a link to a pattern posted here somewhere. Let me go find it.

That looks pretty much like the same thing! I don't need the pattern though. I can do it in my head (as nuts as I am??!! Yep!) Just needed to know if I was supposed to put anything in side. Cool!! I'm making some!! I have four of the dish cloths, and really like them!!! They just 'feel' good when they are wet and you are using them!!!! thumbup

(That even sounds crazy! rolz Why does everything I say
sound 'crazy'? why )

Do you have to ask that Shirls? notme lol You don't even want to me to comment on that anyways! lol I can't keep anything clean enough to post a response to this: They just 'feel' good when they are wet and you are using them!!!!

I have made some of the dishcloths but for some reason patterns don't make any sense to me. I have to just make something up when I am doing it. Maybe if I would learn from somebody how to read them and watched them do it I would figure it out but it is jibberish to me. I do my own thing! Might try that to make some of them!

Have fun Christy !

Jessica, I can do both, read patterns, and make it up in my head. But I can also look at the picture of a pattern and just do it!!! At least I'm capable doing SOMETHING!! lol

Jessica, since you know how to crochet, I'm sure someone could show you how to read a pattern and you would then be able to, right away, and it would then be easy for you.

I think I need somebody to explain it to me and have them actually do it as they are reading the pattern so I see what they are talking about. I don't know all the stitches. I just do what I want! lol I think I know what a double crochet is and all that but I might be doing it wrong too! lol I looked online and taught myself.

Is snuggles all black? Those are some cool gifts! That basket looks so neat!

Wendy, it is so easy to spend a ton of money on scrapbook supplies. I try not to buy anything other than paper and occasional tools. Anything else goes on the christmas/birthday list! And I just tried those pens today and they are awesome! They write so smoothly and are very, very glittery. I will have to hide them from the kids.

Thanks for all the nice comments about the baskets I make. blush

The one I made for Wendy is supposed to resemble a paper gift bag. It can be decorated for seasons, holidays, parties, or just about any occasion.
