I don't crochet. I buy them at craft shows. They seem to be popular and everywhere so a poster here may have a pattern to share.

I have an elderly lady~friend who makes them, and I buy them from her(to give her extra cash). They are WONDERFUL to scrub Teflon pans with!(Or any dish for that matter)

I googled it and found a pattern for it, it is called a popcorn pot scrubber:

If your cast iron is well seasoned these should work great. I use teflon safe scrubbers on my iron. I may have to make some of these. grin

I use them on EVERYTHING! Including cast iron, and I LOVE them! If they get too dirty I put them in the dishwasher & they clean up nicely. I don't crochet very good so I have to recycle them! lol
