I'm new to this group and was hoping to find answers for my gardening questions.

I would love to know what to do with the cala lily flowers that have little balls in them. As you can see.....I've never planted these before and want to know if I can save them and plant again next year.

Thanks.

Hi Seaturtle,
I just joined a few weeks ago too. It's kind of overwhelming, let me tell ya. This is my first time planting Calla lillies so I'd be interested in knowing what you find out. Hope to see you on the forums.

seaturtle, ask down in plants and flowers, but, i'll give you a clue now, the little balls are the seed pods, yes you can plant for next year, but it will take a couple of years to bloom. you can also dig them up after the leaves have died, put them in your basement, and plant them back next year, and they will bloom next year.
