Hey has anyone planted purple hyacinth beans (from last year's) and gotten something more like a morning glory? This has happened to me 3 times! It's ok, but my Mom is just 'doing a bean' to have some of her own!

I planted some from swap, they've been leggy, the pods forming seem smaller from when have grown in past.I did find some of my seeds from another year and sowed in another spot in yard...not blooming yet,but wasn't even sure they'd grow. They had DUST on them.they we're found in a shot glass..

so I gotta know...whats the pod look like? They've cultavated one now thats a bi color pink/white flower with green purple stripped pods.I'm hopeing my seeds are either the pinks or whites I grew in past.
