I cannot find a picture of this anywhere and I'm unsure if it is just an unusual shaped pumpkin or some kind of squash. Please help!! You can e-mail me at - with your info. Thank you so much!!

It could possibly be a 'Squashkin'. Pumpkins and squash can cross breed easily with some outstanding varieties. I remember my grandfather talking of them.

they are both in Cucurbita. i believe coloring has more to do with the common name given to the fruit. gree n or yellow is squash, orange is pumpkin.

The bumps make it look like a gourd. What else do you or a neighbor have growing that bees may have crossed it with?
