I have recently acquired two small Rhododendrons that will ultimately be transplanted to a permanent location. They are in 10" pots and are covered with small buds, wondering if I should wait to transplant until after flowering? Thanks !

I would plant them now so their roots get well established before winter hits.
If you live somewhere where winter isn't an issue, then enjoy the blooms first.

Thank you!

Will most likely transplant. Winter may not be an issue as I live in San Francisco, but I notice that they are also becoming root bound and need water more often that usual.
