wavy If your talking about Brugmansia/ AKA angel trumpet then it can either go in the ground (IF your going to over winter) or in a large container pot ( you have to take in the house or garage or green house in the winter)

We have a thread going here in the plants and flowers forum Your welcome to join us there..

Here is a link to tell you about brugs http://www.brugmansias.net/aboutbrugs.htm

But many of us started with just a cutting, and we've been taking notes and posting pictures of the progress of growth from cuttings to planting in ground and containers to achieveing beautiful blooms.. They take Lots of water sometimes twice a day..... In the hotter states They should be planted with protection for the intense afternoon early evening sun.. I live in the Dallas Area and I have had blooms on both the ones in the shade and in full sun.. I do however HAVE to water twice a day when it is hot.. Also they love love love lots of feeding!!!!!!!! The more consistant the feedings the better the bloom!

IF you [put in ground , add compost to the soil IF you don't have compost I recommend you purchase some really rich soil, and cow or sheep( composted manure to admend into you planting area,

Here is the thread we brug/ angeltrumpet growers are in here ,,,Feel free to jump right in and join us!!!
