Hello everyone has anyone seen any blue birds yet in Ohio?I put up a blue bird house and a few weeks ago had to go out and stuff the hold swallows were trying to set up there home so I have been watching to see if I seen any blue birds but so far none/it would be in the cincinnati area?Thank you

Have you had bluebirds in your yard before? I get tree swallows in my bluebird boxes every year. I Love them, they're very cool birds. My property isn't the kind of habitat that bluebirds like so I know they wont come anyhow.

Yes, Wrennie, I have seen bluebirds! I am not far from you and I saw them at the farm where my daughter has her horse just yesterday. I was just sitting in my car waiting and a flash of blue caught my attention. They were flitting back and forth on the wooden fencing around the fields. This is the same place I saw my very first bluebird in the wild last year. I have to remember to keep my binoculars and my camera with me when I go again.

bluebirds LOVE horse pastures. We have a large horse pasture about a mile from me where I go to photograph bluebirds.
