I have been looking for a new pic with frame to hang over the new loveseat I got this winter. I wanted something with wildlife and trees with green and gold in it. I looked to no avail.

Then when I went to town the other day, DH got me to run an errand at a hardware store. Guess what I found in the clearance aisle? And for only $9, I am so happy and it measures 16 inches by 20 inches.

Sorry, no flash on my camera so it shows up darker than what it really is.

Now that is a pic Mark would love. lol He'd have pics like that all thru the living room but wildlife doesn't really go with my floral country feel! lol

I like it Tamara and you can't pass up a deal like that for a pic that size--it's very pretty! thumbup

Thanks Loz, I was going to p.m. you to find out how the trip went.

Tell Mark deer and moose are hanging everywhere in here. Well, except for the bathroom, it's full of sunflowers lol DH used to have a bow and arrow set above the old couch and a fishing rod, packed that away when he wasn't looking one day grin

Well I heard that they almost missed their connecting flight from London to Manchester...they had 15 minutes to get thru security and on the plane but they did it! lol

Ya know I'm just lucky....Marks not one to care about decorations much at all...he leaves it to me....you should see our bedroom it's really floral....one day I said, Mark do all of these floral things bother you...he said nah, I kind of like it and I'm used to it now. lol One of my best friends has a hubby who is REALLY into decorating, and he's really manly--but they buy decorations together. I'm glad I don't have to do that! lol

Glad they made their connection. Faye must of been scrambling.

Loz, DH is a hunter at heart and is so proud of his trophy mounts(well in his eyes lol ), I even have deer border in the entrance.

I told him sunflowers were going somewhere(my favorite), he said well put them in the bathroom.

I am slowly converting our bedroom also. I made a reversible quilt~ deer on one side, green floral on the other. I took down the deer picture in there and put up a nice border with flowers that is made like a gardeners chart with pics and latin names.

Oh, and I'd like to make a rustic candleholder for either side of the pic. If anyone has ideas...post them here as well.

James has all of his deer mounts and pics in the basement. He keeps threatening to bring them upstairs and hang them up but I tell him that he is crazy if he thinks they are coming upstairs! lol I don't mind them but they wouldn't fit in the with the rest of the decor of the upstairs so they have to stay downstairs...that is what I tell him anyways! lol lol
