They're called "bonbon" in the buttercup squash family. I tried these in the greenhouse as well, they don't do too good in the gr.house, they're more suited for outside where the bees can get to them much better.

We get an early frost each year, so I'm not sure what my outside ones will do or how big they'll get.

Very interesting, I have never heard of a bonbon squash. We grow the popular squash here(zucchini & yellow summer squash), & they do well, so I may have to look for the bonbon seeds next year. Thanks for sharing!

I like the way you have marigolds planted under the benches. That looks nice !

Are those lined flower boxes filled with dirt. I like the marigolds too.

Lined boxes????? Do you mean where the marigolds are?

Yes there is dirt underneath the shelves where I have my tomatoes, I thought I'd plant more then marigolds under there but there's not enough light so marigolds will do.
