has anyone ever drilled holes in sea glass or glass teacups/saucers? i have been looking online, do you have to have a special drill, or just the diamond drill bit and some water??? i want to do a few things and don't want to pay alot of money for special tools!

I think just a diamond bit and water like Rita said. I'll ask BF when he gets home. He used to do lots of stained glass.

well, i was on a roll with my little bit, made 3 small suncatchers with beads out of beach glass, then while trying to drill the 4th one.....it seems dull now?!?!?!?! this little, tiny bit costs 6 bucks and i got 3 holes drilled! so this craft is halted until i get a better tool or figure out what i did wrong! i will get some pics later of the one suncatcher i did not give away, but i am not sure when, i loaned my son my camera-god knows when i will get it back again!
