Had a fun time even though I couldn't enter our horse.... He acted up and ended up being 'grounded' in the trailer lol

Ya but it's not bad on flat ground here, we just haul out 8 ft logs..just to exercise him a bit in the fall.

Our horse is terrified of the sound of flies, he must have got a bad stinging before, another farmer said it was why the previous farmer sold him. So he's fine(in fact wonderful) in Fall, Winter and spring but June and July he is a nervous wreck. I'm honestly thinking of calling the vet to see if there is something we can give him...some horses need a mild tranquilizer for nerves tears It's sad and I want to keep him but he is in such an agitated state, he is going to make himself sick.

Maybe he was beaten or something when he got scared of flys?

Oh my no, the previous farmer loved his animals dearly but is in his 80's and just couldn't handle the kicking and jumping around. I honestly think that Bud ended up getting a bad stinging from a nest in the ground..it's the sound of the flies that drive him crazy.

Always cool to see draft horses and other animal being used what they were originally created to do! They are so muscular.
