Dec23,2007 watching a plant orbit the moon
I can't believe My camera picked this up I was very low on batteries. After I loaded into the computer I notice a red dot- Mars? in a different postion of the moon on every still frame, yet if you look close you also see twinkling stars on a still Photo! Loz and Cindy both said they could see them too,, Now how in the world could that happen on a still Frame shot?? Could it be the magic of Christmas?? the first slide show shows the twinkling stars better,, The second slide show is with in a few hours of the first,
First show taken @ 7:56 P.M.--- Look for the twinkling stars too,, I was amazed at watching the Red Dot move counter clockwise,, the moon was low as you can tell by the top of the fence,, and I'm looking east
Second showing 11pm Dec 23-07 I pretty much caught the same position as the first set of pictures, only this time the Moon was almost directly above my head I was standing in the same spot as the first set of pictures,,
I've always been interested in the Stars and Galaxies,, I need to go look this up on the Space Site,, Normally I have a heads up on this kind of viewing,, Somehow I missed it for tonight,, Good thing Emmy had to go out side!
