My elephant and Porter

I USED to collect elephants. When people found that out all I ever got as gifts for Christmas, birthdays, anniversaries, whatever was elephants. I don't collect them anymore. My husband mentioned this to his uncle one day and this was the elephant Uncle Pete got me. Pretty cool.

And this is my dog, Porter. He's pretty cool too.

Cool Elephant! I like the little sheep planter in that first picture of Porter too.

Bob, the man that took care of Porter, told Johnny he let him out and Johnny believes him since he's taken care of him since the beginning. I'm still suspicious since the hose was in his water bucket through the outside of the pen. Why would they do that if he was out of the pen? But anyway he acts like he loves Porter and maybe something went on that I don't know about. I wondered if Porter ran away or ran toward the road (he did that to me a few weeks ago) and they were afraid to let him out again but I don't know why they wouldn't tell us.

That is a cute sheep planter. I got it in Blowing Rock, NC.

Oh my, I want an elephant like that... It'd give my neighbors yet another reason to admire my eccentrics ;)
