I wish BestO/Sheri would post her chicken cutlet/scrambled egg/roasted tomatoe sandwich recipe! Ok. I saw it on Rachael Ray a while back and it's easy and good. I've tried some of her recipes before (green apple and onion dressing) and they're so awful you can't eat them but not this time.

Well gang are you ready for this bit of information?? are all the kiddies all tucked safely in bed & not looking at the monitor screen ?? GOOD!!!!! here is what I had for supper---yes I did!!!!! a Crunch COAT Ice Cream Cone from Dairy Queen !!!!! .......... YERP !!! Don't ya just love it!!!!???
