I went to the store at lunch and decided on grilled cheese and salad. Maybe tacos tomorrow.

Tonight is homemade baked macaroni & cheese like my mom used to make. Great stuff! I'll probably also do a side salad.

Homemade Southern Fried Chicken, Whipped Potatoes, green beans. Iced tea for me; Coke Zero for Maxi.

Today I made home made pizzas.

Last night we had squash cooked with potatoes, green beans, tomato and cucumber salad all from the garden and hamburgers on the grill.

Tonight it's chicken cutlets with scrambled eggs and roasted tomatoes sandwich.

I started w/ my bowl. I added a baked potato. Then some crisply fried bacon. Then some steamed green beans! YUMMY!

Homemade lodi applesauce, fried green tomatoes, boiled red potatoes, & hamburgers.

fish sticks, mashed sweet potatoes, and a green vegetable but I'm not sure which one yet!

chicken & dumpling soup, mashed potatoes & gravy, mixed veggies & chicken fried steak...(read chicken fried hamburgers)

Ok. I saw it on Rachael Ray a while back and it's easy and good. I've tried some of her recipes before (green apple and onion dressing) and they're so awful you can't eat them but not this time.

Last night was supposed to be grilled cheese with a greens, walnut, red onion, apple and balsalmic vinagrette BUT when I went to Harris Teeter to get the vinagrette I smelled the rotisserie chickens and bought one and had it with the salad instead.

So, tonight is grilled swiss sandwiches with a big slice of home grown tomatoe and for Johnny chicken and rice soup out of a Campbell's can. A lone sandwich isn't a meal to him.

Tonight is home made chicken salad. It is too hot for anything else, though I will make soup out of the stock later on.

I will make bacon tomato sandwiches. I have no iceburg lettuce & could not make myself buy a whole head just to use for tonight.\There will be boiled potatoes to go with, Water melon or canteloupe for dessert.

Made boxed 'Hamburg helper' no time for anything else..and it wasn't good.

Tonight is deli style sandwiches made of .... sweet Italian sausage, sauteed tomatoes, green bell peppers, onions and summer squash (which Maxi grew!) on a torpedo roll....

Tonight I made hamburger gravy and mashed potatoes. Then I assembled it.... puff pastry, mashed potatoes, corn & Hamburger gravy. It was pretty daggone good for a cold night!

Supper is beyond late tonight but I'm serving fresh bean pods from my garden with it
