Chef Salad is a lettuce salad with: Tomatoes & any other veggie + cooked egg, chopped, sliced or halved.. cheese, cubed or shredded meat or meats, such as ham and or chicken, sometimes beef. cubed or shredded Sometimes other things like craisens, nuts, croutons, etc. and then the salad dressing of ones choice. it is an all enclusive meal.  yummy good. Did I forget anything, Diane????
