Can anyone identify this plant? How do you care for this plant?

carla, it is variegated ivy, needs good light, but not full sun. will grow outside in most climates, but not all. i've killed lots of it, it prefers to be not quite moist, i usually either forget it or over water it.

it is pretty, and you have it set nicely in the pot.

I have a lot of the stuff growing outside by my pond. It id very nice out there. Comes back every year here in zone 4. Utah.
