Cauliflower powdery pest

One of my cauliflower plants had this powdery pest all over it. It looked like dusty sesame seeds stuck all over. Does anyone know what this is, and how to treat it organically?

Sounds like aphids. There are organic sprays or you can buy lady bugs from a mail order company and they will eat them.
