I have 4 feeders. 3 are on one side of the house, 1 on the other. The hummers have not touched 1 of the feeders. I have changed the food more than once and now I have moved it to a new location - still nothing. It is the one that I put the aunt bell on top of. Do you think that's it? Johnny says don't worry about it but there's no reason to keep cleaning and filling if the birds aren't gonna use it.

Maybe the bell is the reason. I had one they wouldn't drink from here as well. it think it had to much shine and glitter to it, so i went back to the old glass kind.

I have FIVE up but not a single hummer. But don't worry, the hummers are busy raising young right now and rely more on NATURAL food at this time than feeders. Around the first of July, the young leave the nest and then parents and young go looking for feeders again to QUICKLY build up reserves for the migration flight Across the Gulf of Mexico. So we are in a lull right now.

Thanks guys. They've been hitting the others steadily except for a few days, but this particular feeder, which does have flowers painted on the sides and the others are solid,is left alone. Maybe it's the flowers on the side. Where's Sherlock Holmes when you need a detective?
