Sheri--very pretty---I love Iris. We had some out at the farm but do what I would, they would not bloom. why

Iris blooms are beautiful and they're pest free and drought tolerant. How easy is that.

....my mom had the same problem, turned out they were planted to deep...all she got was foliage.

I lifted the rhizomes higher and the next year they flowered.

I will keep that in mind should I replant iris here--but I do not know if that will happen--I only have so much area to plant spring flowers.

we moved 12-26-04 (or was it 05) but yes in my mind is WAS yesterday---I raised my 2 babies out there, (25+ years) and I drive by it & see the mess the new people have it in, every day.
