Salad, Split-pea soup, Coke glazed ham, left over cajun dressing from yesterday, and fudge! Ok, the fudge is my fave!!!!

swiss creamed cheese, hard cheddar, garlic summer sausage, antipasta (the kind in a jar, canned) ritz crackers & a nice garden salad.
we ate our hot meal after the funeral today.

Last night was homemade chicken noodle soup.
Tonight is sauteed shrimp with pasta.

last night we had BBQ'ed country ribs, butter roasted potatoes, sprinkled with parsley/ pepper/garlic salt, & corn. Tonight it will either be roasted chicken or pork steak.--dont have the sides figured out yet.

we had pork steak---I found it on sale for less than ground beef would be,a nd I was worried but it was really good. We had mashed potatoes & brussel sprouts with it. Then I pulled a frozen cheesecake pie out of the freezer. I made points tonight, I did !!!!

That sounds like some good meal there, Carol Jean! Tonight is pot roast with all the vegetables .... potatoes, celery, onion, carrots, turnips....

Your dinner sounds wonderful too Merme. I am glad that maxi is getting a treat as well That is so important to give them a treat every once inawhile. we have not had chops for awhile now--I think I may have to buy some soon. I have never fixed spaghetti squash, is it hard to do? tonight we are having smoked sausage. I hope it does not bother Rod's stomach. we usually have turkey sausage, but this was on sale-- to go with I think we are going to have sauerkraut and boiled potatoes. my mom used to cook them all together, I have not done that for years. perhaps I will try it again today.
