About two years ago a friend gave me a cutting from a tree while on a hike. They didn't know what it was & neither did I until this past spring. I took one of its leaves to the nursery and found out it was a Plumeria.

I was informed how lucky I was to have one of these. I couldn't figure out why because it was growing to be nothing but a spindly leaf-less tree. Another nursery woman I talked to told me to cut the top branches off and replant the cuttings and give them some Plumeria food and fertilizer. I have done this and now I have three trees growing in pots on my balcony.

They are about 10" tall, but I'm wondering when and how do I get it to bloom the beautiful flowers I've read so much about.

Thank you in advance for any and all help. I truly am a plant lover very much like people allow pets to follow them home I rescue plants.

Like a tiny bud on a flowering plant I too shall continue to bloom year after year!
