Jimmy
Enjoyed the farm very much..Just like home. We have white face hereford cattle and bulls and dog and cats.. Not siamese.
Clever way to thaw.. Wonder if the cows get gased up????LOL
No green grass????///Do they have to buy all the hay ?/
b
Get to the others later.

It is winter time there but has green grass down by the river in the trees. They raise their own alfalfa hay on the cat farm all they can use and also some for sale. Glad you liked the photo's. As a kid if anyone had ever told me one day I would enjoy going out in 10 deg weather thawing out stand pipe and feeding stock I would have called them crazy But I enjoyed it very much so relaxing after being in the city where everything is rush need it yesterday.

Jimmy that was so cool. You just described why Hubby/ I love the farm so much. No rush , just doing our own thing.. Some days it is hectic, but is our first love.
Glad you seen the light , before it went out.
Yes I did enjoy that .. Looks normal to me. Except the thaw job..LOL What were they using for the exaust pipe to put it thru?
That was funny.

Oh you tricky buggers there. Excellent idea...
Do they ride the horse? I used to have a red quarter horse ..
gone now.. Changed to 4 wheelers..

I could see the pictures. That 3 year old calf is big. That's a sweet thing you did for your mother. You're a good boy.

I, too, just found this thread - thanks so much for sharing it all with us, Jimmy. I'm so glad you were there to help your mom celebrate her birthday. Isn't it amazing how long some people are living nowadays - terrific!
And thanks for the kitty picture - it is a bit small, but I was able to make out the Russian blue, and the Siamese - thanks for thinking of me!
