My dracaena finally got outside with some warm weather, and by the end of the day, the lower leaves were drooping.

Same thing happened one warm day about 3 weeks ago, and in a day or two, the leaves were back to normal, no damage.

Yesterday, I had it out in sun, they drooped. I put it out today, in the shade, and they're still drooping.

I've seen sunburn in plants many times, but never manifested as drooping leaves; rather burned spots.

Anybody seen this before?

Sometimes just changing a plant's locale can cause a little shock. That is what sounds like to me with yours. If it isn't more unhappy, I would just watch to see that it perks up again in good time. A little vitamin b for plants may help too.

Yup, Tina's right...plant shock.

Introduce your plant to the sun a little at a time.
