I had alaskan whitefish---fries, & oatmeal cake.

DH had shrimp, fries, slaw, rye bread & peanut butter pie.

( I went to a local church's fish fry) it took me an hour to get out food they were so busy)-----

we both had ccccomplete dinners for lunch, instead of breakfast or lunch foods. so I think if either of us eat anything it will not be much.

That is my favorite meal, esp. the LEMON SQUARES!!!!!!

Whole wheat pasta & bulgar/quinoa meatballs, Spinach salad with goji berries, Homemade and homemade garlic bread(), and strawberries. Monday is my day off so I like to spend it in the kitchen .

oven roasted boneless pork chops, baked potatoes, baked zucchini/onions--and for dessert I baked the filling of an apple pie.--yep, I just made the insides of a pie with Jonathan apples, put it in a casserole & baked it too. one easy dinner.

Thanks, Tamara. I tried to get Rod to Bar-B-Que last night but by the time I asked he said it would have been 6 before we ate & he was hungry---mind you it was 6 or after when we ate anywayy.

Tonight I am doing something with stew meat. I guess I will get out my slow cooker here in a few...
