beef stew with biscuits is what is on tonights menu.
I wish I had some shredded cheese I would make cheesy biscuits.

We are having stuffed pork chops, spaghetti squash, corn and mashed potatoes....
And Maxi will be drinking his rare treat of OJ mixed with Diet Ginger Ale, the lucky kid!

Your dinner sounds wonderful too Merme. I am glad that maxi is getting a treat as well That is so important to give them a treat every once inawhile.
we have not had chops for awhile now--I think I may have to buy some soon. I have never fixed spaghetti squash, is it hard to do?
tonight we are having smoked sausage. I hope it does not bother Rod's stomach. we usually have turkey sausage, but this was on sale-- 
to go with I think we are going to have sauerkraut and boiled potatoes. my mom used to cook them all together, I have not done that for years. perhaps I will try it again today.
