Ginger called me today and said those shrubs smell just like orange candy. She loves them.

I tried to find one online to buy for myself but can't locate a place that sells them. Any ideas?

no. i've only seen 2 my whole life. now ginger's. one is at a co-workers here in the savannah area and the other is online at the georgia arboretum in atlanta. i want one myself, but have had no luck rooting one. maybe ginger's will put off a sucker and you can get one that way? if you find a source, please let me know.

Sounds like cuttings are in order here. I like the looks of those.

I would try a soft wood cutting like Tina says, If you pull off the bottom two leaves where it's cut closest to a joining 'Y' you should get roots in water, I hope you try it!! thumbup

Ginger has 2 of them. I've emailed her to ask her landscape guy where he got them. It's easier than trying to be a real gardner. haha
