I agree with the corkscrew rush - I had 2 nice ones by my bathtub pond a few years ago, but they didn't come back after the 2nd year. I'd love to find some more for the pond gardens now.

I also agree with the epi that Diane said.

So is the corkscrew a inside are outside plant
I have it indoor's, I thought it looked weird and funny.
Does it flower are what can you all tell me about it

It is actually an aquatic plant, hardy to zone 4 I think. I had one a few years ago in one of my water gardens. It has an insignificant bloom, more like a grass.
