I'm looking for recipes on rainbow trout & striped bass. Any response would be appreciated.
When life gives you fish, make fish sticks.

If store bought fish taste too bland, then go fishing for them.

It's basically the same as the above recipes that is posted for pan fry just season the cornmeal as you like,, I use a little cayanne pepper and lemon pepper, garlic and onion powder in the corn meal,, and sprinkle a little of the seasonings on the fish as well. I rub the catfish fillets or nuggets with mustard then press the seasoned cornmeal on to them let them sit for about 15 minutes so cornmeal is "glued" to the fish and fry em up.

I love rainbow trout as well. We fish them right across the road. They are small but delicious.
