I need a quick, easy recipe for salmon without Worchester sauce. Don't like the worchester.

Quick? Lemon-pepper seasoning, throw on grill or in oven. Yum!

Yup....we use lemon-pepper seasoning also! I make it alot in the oven. Basically take the salmon and put it onto a large piece of aluminum foil. Then put some pieces of butter on the salmon and sprinkle the lemon-pepper seasoning onto the fillet. You can also put some dill on it. Roll the aluminum foil up so that it makes a pouch and pop it into the oven until the fish flakes....maybe about 15-20 minutes in a 350 oven. You can make it the same way on the grill. I do that alot when we are in a rush and then make veggies pouches on the grill at the same time.
