'm planting yellow bell pepper in container. They are now about 1 -2 feet tall and already bear many bell peppers. Overall the plants look healthy, but some bell peppers are weird looking, kinda deform. Basically it has extra piece forming between bell pepper's calyx and shoulder. I'm not sure what is causing it, should I remove the deform bell peppers from the plant?

I think you should remove the weird ones;maybe they have disease?

It has been my experience (however limited) that the deformed peppers are normal tasting. My peps and occassionally my tomatoes will be pretty funky looking. I wonder if the variety you are growing as a genetic tendency to deform? You might try googling the variety's name and deformity to see if anything pops up.
