[color:#CC66CC]Hello Everyone!
My name is Eva; I live in CA with my kissiehubby, but I grew-up in Southern AR gardening with my Me-maw. Well, that was a long time ago. My hubby and I just bought our first home and I am finally able to garden again. The house has beautiful roses in the front (that I am trying not to kill) that I have never raised. There is a nice backyard that I want to turn into a nice garden. I also want to grow some of my own fruits and vegies. So I will be begging for advice on those things. I really appreciate all of the help. I am sure I'll be talking to you soon.
Simply,
Eva

Welcome, Eva. I'm also in California, zone 9. It sounds like you will have your hands full. And you will have a lot of fun, too. You have come to the right place for your info and you will find some friends here too.
