I like helping I down care how much time I use on here .. ha ha HD is watching football and I dont.

Now I think the 74 or the 84 would be fine........
See one has more stitches, but I find on mine I don't use them all.

But Singer is supposed to be a better machine......Its sort of cuter..

Just this morning I saw on tv about a boy who was austic.....or how it is spelled.

His mom enrolled him into art classes , dont know how long ago , looked like about 16 now .......But his paintings are now selling for prices like $500,000.
It was on tv.......I only seen part of it .

Sky's the limit.......good luck.

I agree. I got a saxophone on EB and it worked for about a yeart then a key was loosing air and I was told it couldn't be fixed as it came from China and they used cheap metal. I was bumbed.

I am starting a crib sized quilt with scraps of clothe I have on hand. It is going to be nine patch with sashes added. Got 15 nine patches done today have 48 to make before I can get to putting it together. It was nice to get back to my sewing machine which I got at wal mart. It's a brothers and I love it.

I know I got spoiled , the last factory I worked for , had the Industrial machines, both types and loved the speed on them........Which is what you need for piece work in factories.....It was a clothing factory m/fe and infants also.

YOu really get done fast with those.....

Now are you going to quilt that on the machine or by hand, after you put it together?

Quilts are so nice, but I are so impatient......

I'm not sure yet if I will machine quilt it or tye it.

I bet that was fun in a factory sewing.

I sometimes get impatient to get to the next step in quilting and when I get to the final step I can't wait to get done, so I can start a new one.

Do you have a loom?

I dont ......
Wish I was better educated on those.

Lots of times factory sewing was cool, lots of times it was not.
I did learn much there.

Very good......You Got a Baby Brother there.........
That is cute.

Now I am thinking you didnt have it thread right>>>>>>>>Did you have the bobbin out in the bottom?
Know what that is?//////You must have 2 threads on the plate to sew.(Pull out on the Plate)
The top one has to go thru the needle ontop.

I will go see if I can find baby brother directions on here for you.

Hang in there.

Thanks for showing me and letting me know.

I am learning to smock!
I almost have a baby bonnet done, then I'll start on a little girls dress.

Wish me luck 'cause I'll need it.

jayhawk,

Are you smocking by hand?

It is nice .......Use to do it for the fronts of dresses in the olden days.
Pretty effect......
