Usually yellow leaves are from over watering...re-potting it might have stressed it even more. Just leave it dry out between waterings and let it rest a bit. Do not fertilize it.

I have never had lavender seeds come up, the worst seed you can try grow I find. It seems like the seeds just don't form into anything, they rot before germinating. I was told that the lavender seeds need to be kept in the fridge for 3 weeks before p

Yes I know, but the wasps that lay their eggs on them are pests around here. When that happens the caterpillar doesn't even have a chance to develop into moths.
