Johnny bought 100 pound bag of black sunflower seeds so all my feeders are full of them now. The nuthatches and chickadees and cardinals are loving them too.

Fig trees are so pretty without their leaves. I took pictures one dreary winter morning outside my bathroom window of 2 of our fig trees and my husband hand them framed. They're hanging in our foyer. Everyone comments on them.

Well have to say it is. It is just filler in between things. The whole neighborhood is covered in the stuff and silver dollars. One can cut and dig, dig and cut but there is no getting rid of the stuff even if you wanted but most everyone here likes

Oh yes, and while I was outside this morning I found the first and only four leaf clover since we moved into this neighborhood 10 years ago! I hope this really does mean good luck because so far this year has been a little bit of a downer for me.

When we bought this house (March will be 10 years ago) one of the things that caught my eye and heart was all the clover growing all over not just my yard but all the yards in the neighborhood. It was so lovely since they were all in clover bloom. So

So sorry to hear that you have my headache. I really wouldn't wish it on anyone! But the fog has lifted at last and now all the birdies and squirrels are out playing. Here is one of my outdoor fuzzers grooming herself.
