looks like a night blooming cereus or something in that family.

if the stems are round at the bottom and flatten toward the top.

i have one. it doesn't bloom for me, but has for the prior owner.

I have seen plenty of mocking birds harassing cats and dogs though. Very aggressive birds.

the first is the same bird, just a bad picture. i told hubby it was a mockingbird. i've never had a cat bother a mockingbird in my whole life. and it is one of the few birds i can usually identify. but i just wanted to be sure.

thanks lynne. that rose is the most neglected, ignored plant i have. i almost never dead head. don't remember the last time i fed it. and it blooms all summer. i'm going to try to remember to dead head and feed it. but it is such a happy plant.

Listen - Don hates fizz in soda, but every once in a while he wants to drink some, so he pours it into a glass and simply stirs it with a spoon until the bubbles disipate - too easy!!!

We raise beef cattle and I love beef, but we are opposites when it comes to eating it.
Him rare as can be.....Even hamburger.....Actually the doctor told my in laws that was the most healthful way to eat beef?????????????
