just the other day I saw one of the white mushrooms that look like those in the first pictures. mine were split open, but not as uniform and flower like as yours.

Maxi will be 13 on October 4th, and I want to get him an mp3 player because he will officially be a teen. However, I've lost the thread from a few months ago when we were discussing mp3's. It may have even been in an old CH.

It's the IE that is doing that, I'm sure of it. Because I opened up my IE to vote thru there and the big comment box was there. I got rid of it easy though. I left it empty and hit post comment and it just disappeared. In Firefox it doesn't do t

Hmm. I just googled 'Exhibiting vegetables for fairs'...and it said that fruit and veggies must not be waxed or oiled. Do they have a rule list for you to follow, most fairs do.

Well we picked our first potatoes today - they were very good. I still don't know what happened to my plants. Some died and some didn't. They taste so good, I will grow them again next year for sure.

Absolutely slugs. Mine look exactly the same way. The slugs eat them up so bad.
