With the vinyl siding I can't figure out how to have flower boxes underneath my windows. So I was wondering how you put flowerboxes on your deck railing. I don't want to just set them there because I don't want Shadow, my cat, to knock them over and get hurt. I appreciate your sharing with me how to make them sturdy.

there are special hooks to put them on the outside and there are special boxes one can buy that fit over the railing itself.
