TransUnion is being sued again. Anyone with a credit card between 1987 and 2000 is eligible to join the class action. There is the website of one of the lawyers persuing the case, of course their asking way to much for there effort. I'd check with a lawyer you trust who won't take you to the cleaners this badly at least.

We got a notice from State Farm Insurance about being included in a class action suit and we don't have to get a lawyer. We don't do anything.
